4 Common (and Beneficial) Habits Among the Rich
Apart from all the advice that you might get about getting rich, it should be obvious that it all boils down to habits.
There are habits that rich people that ensure they that way while there are others that keep the poor where they are.
However, here are some 4 common habits amongst the rich:
#1: Exercise regularly
In general, rich people tend to live healthier lives. Not only do they eat better but they tend to exercise four days a week compared to poor people. In fact, a study found that 76 percent of rich people did this as opposed to 23 percent of poor people. It’s simple: if they’re healthier, they’re able to put in more work. This, in turn, benefits them financially.
#2: Eat less junk food
While poor people ate 300 junk food calories, rich people did not eat any at all. In buying cheap food that ultimately affects your health, the poor tend to suffer from conditions such as diabetes and heart disease that only costs them more money down the line.
#3: Keep studying
According to a number of studies, almost 88 percent of rich people did as much as 30 minutes of reading every month. This was either for career-related reasons or for the sake of education itself. Also, 76 percent of them read two educational or self-help books every month.
#4: Don’t delay
Rich people are very clear about their goals and accomplish things as soon as possible. In being able to do so, they set themselves up for success. In fact, when the thought of delaying something occurs to you, tell yourself to do it now.
